Leadership and Career Development

Do you ever feel like no one cares about you at work, and what your career looks like?  This is a common problem amongst engineers.  It seems like everyone, especially your boss, cares most about what’s in it for them, and not much interest in you.  Wouldn’t it be great to have a mentor and coach who cared only about what is right for you and your success? 

Working with a mentor and coach takes out some of the guess work, challenges your spirit, and helps you break through what is holding you back from being successful.  

What do you really want to do with your engineering career?  What does success look like for you?  What additional skills do you need to achieve your goals, and how do you get them? 

There are so many paths that we can take, we just need to figure out which one suits you best.

Leadership and Career Development is an in-depth process, and it takes time to really dig deep and figure it all out – but worth it!  You can absolutely customize this program to your needs – you may decide you need more or less help in all of these different areas.

Sessions are $75/hour, frequency determined by you!

How does it work?

We’ll start out with a quick 30-minute call to get to know each other, talk about where you are in your journey and see if the fit is right to work together.  Then we can schedule our first session!
