Looking for a new job is a big undertaking, but it does not have to be intimidating! If we consider that the process of finding that next job is similar to any project that we take on, the process can be broken down into manageable steps with specific action items that can be planned and executed. Taking this logical, task-based approach fits in well with analytical minds, and gives us the comfort of a sound methodology to follow.
